ARTICLE 1 – Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the site https://www.myfrenchfoodbox.fr/en ("The Seller") with non-professional buyers ("The Customers or the Customer") or professionals, wishing to acquire the products offered for sale ("The Products") on the website.

The Customer is required to read them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the result obtained by the Customer following the use of the Products or training.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the site and prevail over any other contradictory document. Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 - Orders

2.1 Ordering terms

The Customer selects the products he wishes to order on the site.

Training courses and digital products must be paid via "Stripe" in cash or in several monthly installments.

Once the payment has been validated, the Customer receives a confirmation email via the platform concerned.

In accordance with the regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to downloaded digital content.

2.2 Cancellation of order

A validated order can no longer be cancelled by the Customer once the product has been received.

ARTICLE 3 - Prices

The Products are provided at the prices in force appearing on the site when the order is registered. Prices are expressed in Euros including tax.

These prices are firm and cannot be revised during their period of validity.

An invoice is drawn up and given to the Customer.

ARTICLE 4 - Payment terms

The price is payable in cash or in several monthly installments by:

In the event of non-compliance with the payment terms, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

Training and digital access are delivered electronically after payment validation.

ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risks

The transfer of risks and ownership of the Products takes place upon delivery.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal and refund terms

No refund is made if a connection to the member platform is detected or if the product has been received.

For payments in several installments, a late payment results in additional costs.

ARTICLE 8 - Intellectual property

The content of the site and training courses is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is prohibited.

ARTICLE 9 - Applicable law - Language

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

ARTICLE 10 - Disputes

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.

ARTICLE 11 - Pre-contractual information - Customer acceptance

Any order on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
